1. Plastics and Resins
Polyolefins (PE/PP): Improve thermal stability during extrusion and injection molding, inhibit yellowing, and extend product lifespan; recommended dosage 0.1%–0.4%.
Styrene-based plastics (PS/ABS): Improve long-term thermal and oxygen stability and color retention; recommended dosage 0.1%–0.3%.
Engineering plastics (POM/PA/PC/PET): Maintain mechanical strength and dimensional stability; commonly used in household appliances and electronic components.
Coatings/Powder Coatings/Roll Coatings: Reduce discoloration from baking/overbaking, especially suitable for white and light-colored products; recommended dosage 1%–2% (based on total solids content).
2. Rubber and Elastomers
Used in synthetic rubber, adhesives, seals, hoses, etc., providing heat, oxygen, and UV resistance, extending weather resistance and service life; can be compounded with phosphite-based auxiliary antioxidants for synergistic effects.
3. Adhesives and Waxes
Hot Melt Adhesives: Protect the stability of resin and substrate during melting and use; recommended dosage 0.2%–1%.
Synthetic tackifying resins: Improve long-term thermal stability; recommended 0.1%–0.5%.
Wax products: Prevent oxidation cracking and loss of gloss, maintaining appearance and feel.
